Consumer dispute resolution

We are neither willing nor obliged to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board (§ 36 VSBG).

Note: The European Online Dispute Resolution platform (ODR platform) was discontinued on 20 July 2025; the former obligation to link to it (Art. 14 ODR Regulation) has lapsed. We therefore deliberately no longer provide an ODR link.
